Issues – Work, home, family, health, finances, structure, obsession, ego, lust,
trust, lower back pain, obesity, kidney stones, varicose veins, problems with feet,
ankles, shins and knees.
Typically felt lower energies are:
Sluggishness, overeating, material fixation, greediness, bossy, big ego, resistance
to change, hoarding, excessive spending, fear, anxiety, shy, unsure, underweight,
inability to sit still, sexually inadequate, violent.
When balanced you will feel:
Grounded, trusting, comfortable in your body, secure, safe, stable, the ability to
be still, independent, living in the here and now.
To start achieving this balance:
Try Yoga, walking, hiking, biking, gardening, pottery, running. Walking barefoot on
grass, this is known as ‘earthing’.
